MLM Training is a multi-million dollar industry. MLM distributors spend large amounts of money each year on network marketing training, in hopes to achieve success. In fact, many top distributors have shifted their efforts from building their MLM business to starting a training business.

After all it sure is profitable. So many
MLM distributors are dying to figure out what it takes to succeed in this industry, so they can quit their jobs and work from home. Many training companies prey on that desire and overcharge distributors for old and outdated training materials.

Despite these challenges, I’ve never met a top earner who didn’t take
MLM training seriously. Every single six and seven figure earner I’ve ever met was 100% committed to learning everything they needed for success. Many of these successful distributors spent hundreds or even thousands of dollars every month on MLM training.

The Truth about People
 On the other hand, I learned a long time ago that people are naturally lazy. People would rather spend money to learn how to do something, than spend the time to actually do it.

Think about how much money people spend on diets, gym memberships, therapy, business training, etc. Most of these people will purchase a training product and not even read it. Can you believe that?

Even worse, many of these people will read and study the information, but never put it into use. Personally, I fine that sad. I recently asked my local Gold’s Gym how many people purchased a gym membership but never went. They told me around 10% of all memberships are never used.

My Advice about Training
 My advice to you is to invest in
MLM training and apply what you learn. If you aren’t committed to learning, growing and applying what you learn, don’t waste your money in the first place. In fact, don’t even get involved in the MLMindustry at all.

Many of the
MLM top earners were previously MLMfailures. They failed in one, two or three or more different MLM companies. However, what separated themselves from most other MLM distributors is that they were committed to learn what it takes to succeed. They looked at every failure as a temporary setback. They invested every dollar of profit into MLM training.

Over a period of years, these
MLM distributors learned the required skills it takes to succeed in our industry. Those skills include: sales, marketing, coaching and persuasion skills and acquiring an entrepreneurial mindset. Most MLM top earners read hundreds of books, enrolled in Auto University and attended every seminar they could afford.

 If you want to succeed in the
MLM industry, you must do the same thing. You must invest in MLM training. You must build your own personal library of MLM books. You must find a mentor who has already achieved success and learn from them. Finally, you must develop a “whatever it takes” attitude and sell out to this industry. If you do, you will eventually succeed.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran or are new to this industry, there are a few simple things you can do right now to get
MLM training. We’ll cover each technique below.

 Five Steps to Get Trained in Network Marketing
1. Find a Mentor: If you don’t already have a mentor in your current
MLM Company, you should look for one. If your sponsor isn’t very helpful or successful, you can call upline until you find someone that is. If no one is willing to help you, you should leave your MLM Company and find another one. Before you join any MLM company, you should first find a successful distributor who will gladly serve as your mentor. Then you should have them sponsor you.

2. Find a System: After having a good mentor, the next most important thing is to have a system. You need an automated system to generate leads, follow up with your leads, present your opportunity, enroll new distributors and so forth. There are a few generic “systems” out there. Even within one
MLM company, there can be 5 to 10 or more different systems used by top distributors. Your objective is to find a system that is effective, affordable and easily duplicated. You don’t want to participate in a system where the distributors earn most of their money from the system and not the MLM opportunity.

3. Enroll in Auto University: Personally, I’ve never been paid even one dollar to listen to the radio in my car. How about you? I doubt it. However, I’ve found that all successful
MLM Leaders enroll in Auto University. They listen to success tapes, business tapes and network marketing tapes whenever they are in their car. If you drive one hour a day, you could listen to 200 to 300 tapes per year. Think about how much knowledge you would gain during that time. In my opinion, you can’t afford not to enroll in Auto University.

4. Attend Seminars: I’ve found that all
MLM Leaders attend seminars. They seek knowledge. Therefore they attend seminars designed to give them that knowledge. At the seminars they don’t pitch their business opportunity to other participants. Instead, they build friendships and network. At a later date, they might contact someone they met. Or, they might not. Their true purpose of attending the seminar is to learn a new skill, not sponsor a new distributor.

5. Join a New Company: If your
MLM Company doesn’t provide a good mentor or system, you should find one that does. It’s hard to succeed without a good system and good mentor. Therefore, you should look for these two things prior to joining a MLM company. If you love the company you are currently in and don’t want to leave, you might limit your chances of success.

By following the steps above, you will eventually succeed.

Final Thoughts about Training


 Once you achieve success in the
MLM industry, you will earn the right to sell your skills. People will naturally want to join your down-line. You can write eBooks and host seminars on different MLM Training topics. Simply put, you will be in high demand. People will willingly hand you their money to learn what you know.

And that should be your ultimate goal; to become a
MLM Success Story. You should aspire to become a subject matter expert so you can achieve the success you deserve for you and your family. More importantly, you can become the guy or gal who helps other people achieve the same level of success.

MLM Business opportunities


Starting a MLM Business is one of the most lucrative business opportunities in the world. Where else can someone get started in their own business for $500 or less and have an opportunity to earn millions?

Now, don’t get me wrong here. Starting your own MLM business is no guarantee of success. In fact, few people do rise to the top of their MLM Company and become a top earner. But the people that do rise to the top do earn a substantial income. In fact, many MLM top earners make more than Fortune 500 CEOs. That’s no laughing matter.

Many people refer to the MLM business as a pyramid scheme. My answer to that is “it is a pyramid.” But MLM really isn’t much different than the corporate world. In the corporate world the people at the top of the organization make more money than the people at the bottom. That’s the same case with MLM.

The difference between a MLM business and the corporate world is that everyone starts at the bottom in multi-level marketing. And anyone can rise to the top. It doesn’t matter how much or how little education you have. Your looks, weight and IQ don’t matter that much either. The only thing you have to overcome is yourself. You simply need to figure out what other successful MLM distributors did to succeed and follow their footsteps. It really is that simple.

Most people who get involved in our industry will quit before they ever even get started. In fact, most people quit within the first 90 days. They either expect immediate results or have the “get rich quick” mentality. If you want to “get rich quick” don’t get involved in the MLM industry. Instead, you should play the lottery or go to Las Vegas.

Our industry has a high failure rate. In my opinion, that’s because it’s so cheap to get started that anyone can get involved. Our industry tends to attract disgruntled employees or unemployed folks. Don’t get me wrong here I’m not knocking these folks. Instead, I want you to know that these people really aren’t qualified to become entrepreneurs or
MLM distributors in the first place. Instead, they should look for a better paying job.

Also, most new network marketers have zero entrepreneurial or marketing experience. They are really just employees looking to make the transition from a job to having their own home-based business. Anyone can make this transition if they have a strong burning desire and willingness to learn. If they have those two things, they can eventually succeed in the
MLM industry. If they don’t, they will fail.

If you’ve decided to join our industry, I think you made a wise choice. The benefits of owning your own
MLM Business are endless. Listed below are some of my favorite things I like about owning a MLM Business.

 # 1 No Boss: I don’t know about you, but I hate having a boss. If you are independent and enjoy calling your own shots, starting a MLM Business is a great idea.

# 2 No Storefront: Most entrepreneurs pay a small fortune for their storefront. In addition to the mortgage or lease, they also have to pay insurance and utilities. In many cases, this can add up to nearly 50% of their expenses. Companies with no storefront can generate larger profits with fewer sales than a company with a storefront.

# 3 No Employees: Employees are a headache. I don’t want to babysit adults. If you’ve ever managed employees, you understand how draining it can be. Employees are expensive too.

# 4 No Product to Inventory: In most
MLM companies, the MLMCompany handles the inventory and shipment of products. That means you won’t need a warehouse or need to stockpile your home with inventory. All you need to do is get orders and let the MLM Company process the orders.

# 5 Low Start up Cost: Owning a McDonald’s franchise can cost a million dollars or more. Most other franchises cost in excess of $100k. And that’s just for the franchising fees. That doesn’t include your lease, mortgage, insurance, employees or anything else. With the
MLM industry, you can get started for less than $500 in most cases.

# 6 Great Entrepreneurial Training: I learned how to be an entrepreneur during my time in Amway nearly eight years ago. This industry taught me everything I know about entrepreneurship. This includes sales, marketing, bookkeeping, taxes, and much more.

# 7 Ability to Duplicate Yourself:
MLM allows you to duplicate yourself easily. With a traditional business, you have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to duplicate yourself. In other words, you need to buy another franchise, get another building, hire more employees, etc. In this industry, all you need to do is sponsor someone and teach them everything you know.

# 8 Unlimited Earnings Potential: When you have a job, you are paid what the job is worth. You aren’t paid what you are worth. In
MLM, you can earn nothing. If you don’t produce results, you won’t earn anything. As an employee, you get paid to show up. As an entrepreneur, you get paid to produce. If you produce a lot, you can earn millions. If you produce nothing, you get nothing.

# 9 The People: I love the people in this industry. They are self-motivated, go-getters. They are people who are looking to better themselves. They are positive, optimistic and energetic. That’s the type of person I like to associate with.

# 10 Tax Benefits: When you start your own
MLM business, you get all the tax advantages that any other entrepreneur has. In case you don’t know, entrepreneurs get to deduct their expenses before they pay taxes. Smart entrepreneurs can save large amounts of money on taxes by taking advantage of our country’s tax laws.


 In summary, owning your own
MLM Business is a wonderful way to become an entrepreneur. As a MLM distributor, you control when and where you work. You aren’t limited to an office or storefront. You have no employees. You get paid to produce. You can duplicate your efforts through other people and earn a passive, residual income. In other words, you aren’t trading hours for dollars. You can one day walk away from your business and still get paid each and every month.

जब एक भावी ग्राहक विक्रेता की इच्छाओं के अनुकूल काम करता है, तो उसे मार्केटिंग की भाषा में हम रूपांतरण कहते हैं। इससे अभिप्राय आगंतुक के संपर्क प्रपत्र भरने, वेबसाइट पर पुस्तिका को डाउनलोड करने, आपकी वेबसाइट से खरीददारी करने, आपकी साइट पर रजिस्टर करने या फिर ऐसी ही अन्य मिलती-जुलती गतिविधियों से है।

रूपांतरण दर उन विशिष्ट आगंतुकों के अनुपात को कहा जाता है, जो किसी वेबसाइट पर जाते हैं और वांछित कार्यवाही करते हैं। रूपांतरण-दर-अनुकूलन एक वेबसाइट को तैयार करने संबंधी वो कला और विज्ञान है, जिसके तहत आगंतुकों की तादाद में इज़ाफा किया जाता है। इसका मकसद है, आगंतुकों को ग्राहकों में तब्दील करना।

चलिए एक और उदाहरण लेते हैं। भारत में हम में से ज्यादातर लोग क्रेडिट कार्ड से जुड़े घोटालों की वजह से ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग से घबराते हैं। इसलिए समझदार ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइट अपनी साइट पर प्रमाणपत्र सत्यापन करने वाली कंपनियों का उल्लेख करती हैं। मसलन, वेरीसाइन जो यह बताती है कि वेबसाइट पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है। इसी तरह वेबसाइट ग्राहकों की सकारात्मक समीक्षा को भी अपनी साइट पर जगह देती हैं। इससे आगंतुकों का वेबसाइट से उत्पाद खरीदने को लेकर भरोसा बढ़ता है। इसके बदले ई-कॉमर्स वेबसाइटों में ग्राहकों की संख्या बढ़ती है।

पहले इसका परीक्षण करें
क्या वेबसाइट को मिले पुरस्कारों और ग्राहकों की सकारात्मक समीक्षा की बदौलत वेबसाइट पर परिवर्तन-दर खुद-ब-खुद बढ़ जाती है? हमेशा नहीं, क्योंकि यह भविष्यवाणी करना मुश्किल है कि आपकी वेबसाइट के लिए वास्तव में कौन सी तकनीक काम करेगी। हालांकि परिवर्तन-दर-अनुकूलन की मूल बात यह है कि लगातार परीक्षण करते रहें। एक जैसे दो मुख्य पृष्ठ बनाएं, जिनमें कोई एक चीज़ अलग हो। अलग चीज़ आपकी टैगलाइन, कोई चित्र, संपर्क फॉर्म की जगह या कार्रवाई के लिए कॉल हो सकता है(जैसे किसी बटन या फिर लिंक को दबाना)। अगर दोनों पृष्ठों पर 100-100 आगंतुक आते हैं, तो इसके ज़रिए आप देख पाएंगें कि महज़ एक छोटे से परिवर्तन ने कैसे परिवर्तन-दर निर्धारित की है।

अलग-अलग चीजों को लेकर परीक्षण करते रहिए और एक बार जब आप ये जान लें कि बेहतर क्या है,  उस चीज़ को भविष्य में अपने मुख्य पृष्ठ के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। आंकड़े इकठ्ठा करने के लिए आपको हरेक परीक्षण के लिए एक विशेष समय सीमा तय करनी होगी। क्या आपको यह उबाऊ और ज्यादा वक्त लेने वाला लगता है? हां, यह है, लेकिन यह परीक्षण के लिए किए ये तमाम प्रयोग किसी सफल रूपांतरण-दर-अनुकूलन प्रचार की बुनियाद हैं।

यहां कुछ सूत्र हैं।
-वेबसाइट में अपने पृष्ठ को अपने प्राथमिक उद्देश्य पर केन्द्रित रखें। आकर्षक चित्र या फिर बैनर आगंतुकों का ध्यान आपके मकसद से भटका सकते हैं। लिहाज़ा इनके इस्तेमाल से बचें।

-वेबपेज पर दिए ऑफर्स स्पष्ट होने चाहिए। इनके सुधार पर ध्यान दीजिए। इन ऑफर्स में मुफ्त ई-मेल सूचनापत्र से लेकर मुफ्त मासिक परीक्षण तक शामिल किए जा सकते हैं। यह ऐसी पहली चीज़ होनी चाहिए जो आगंतुकों का ध्यान अपनी तरफ आकर्षित करे।  

-कारोबार के “मूल्य प्रस्ताव” को विशिष्ट रूप से दर्शाएं। इसका अर्थ है, साफ तौर पर बताइए कि आप अपने प्रतिद्वन्दी से किस मायने में अलग हैं। आपकी बातें इतनी ठोस होनी चाहिए कि आगंतुक आपकी बातों से प्रभावित हों।

-यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आपकी वेबसाइट के मुख्य पृष्ठ पर “कार्यवाही के लिए कॉल” स्पष्ट तौर पर नज़र आए। इससे आगंतुकों को यह जानने में मदद मिलेगी कि वेबसाइट पर उन्हें कौन सा पहला कदम उठाना चाहिए।

-अपने शीर्षक को स्पष्ट औऱ संक्षिप्त रखिए। यह आगंतुकों को लुभाने वाला और ज़्यादा सूचना एकत्र करने के लिए प्रेरित करने वाला होना चाहिए।

-ग्राहक के अनुकूल विषय वस्तु तैयार करें। सूची किसी अनुच्छेद से ज्यादा अच्छे ढंग से काम करती है। इसमें यह स्पष्ट होना चाहिए कि वेबसाइट से आगंतुक को किस तरह का फायदा हो सकता है और उनकी समस्याओं का निवारण इस साइट के ज़रिए किस तरह किया जा सकता है।

-संपर्क संबंधी सूचना पृष्ठ पर प्रमुखता से प्रदर्शित होनी चाहिए। आपके संगठन का फोन नंबर, पता और एक संपर्क प्रपत्र आपके आगंतुकों को आपसे संपर्क में रहने के लिए मददगार साबित होगा।

-अपने प्रमाण पत्रों और ग्राहक समीक्षा कॉलम को प्रमुखता दीजिए। कई लोग आपसे उत्पाद खरीदने से पहले या फिर कारोबार करने से पहले जानना चाहेंगे कि बाकि लोग आपके उत्पाद के बारे में क्या कुछ कहते हैं।  

-अपने मुख्य पृष्ठ पर अपने प्रमाण पत्र औऱ जीते गए पुरस्कारों का जिक्र ज़रूर करें।

याद रखिए कि नए-नवेले उपक्रमों के लिए बड़ी कंपनियों के मुकाबले अपने वेबपेज पर ज़्यादा परीक्षण की गुंजाइश होती है। यह एक सुअवसर है, लिहाज़ा नए उपक्रमों को अपनी वेबसाइट पर परीक्षण करने में बिलकुल हिचकिचाना नहीं चाहिए। इससे परिवर्तन दर में बढ़ोतरी में मदद मिलेगी।

10 Steps For A Successful Speech

Speaking gives you visibility, but does it give you credibility?
So you’re not a professional speaker. That’s no excuse for NOT giving a professional presentation.

 - You have a great product or service!

 - You’ve put together an awesome presentation with great content!

 - You really know your stuff!

 But if you do not present it like a professional, all this doesn’t matter and you won’t make the sales you could have.

Let’s face it. We live in a society that makes quick judgments based on how we are perceived. If we are not a good presenter, we are giving a false perception of our expertise. I recently saw a woman talk about her profession. She was extremely nervous, used notes, lost her place, and had to start over. The perception was that she didn’t know her subject, her business, what the heck she was doing. But, in reality, she was an expert. She was just nervous speaking in front of others and didn’t have the knowledge and skills on how to give a powerful presentation. Don’t make the same mistake. Read the following 10 steps, put them to use, and you will be perceived as an expert in your field, even if you’re not.

1. Audience: Speak in front of the right audience. Your time is valuable and everyone wants you to speak for free. Great, they want you! If you are going to be speaking for free, don’t you want to speak to those people in a position to hire you? Go after the right audience, not just any audience.

2. Introduction: Bring with you a typed up introduction, give it to the host, and ask them to read it verbatim. A proper introduction is necessary for the success of your presentation. It’s already engaging the audience before you even start speaking, it gives you credibility and a reason for the audience to listen to you, and it shows the audience who you are. They want to know. Don’t you want to know who the speaker is and their background when you are in the audience?

3. Opening: Before jumping into your subject, have an attention grabber. This is critical. You have less than 30 seconds to get or keep their attention or you will lose them forever. Your opening should be relative to the audience and/or to your subject. For example, if
you were presenting the morning of a snow storm you may say something like: “Did anyone have trouble getting out of their driveway today?” Then let the audience answer and briefly share their stories. This shows the audience you care and it helps them clear their mind and get ready to focus on what you have to say. If there is not bad weather or crisis, open with a question or short story that relates to your topic. DO NOT TELL A JOKE, unless it is relative to your topic.

4. Content: One of the most common mistakes we make when we speak is to give way too much information. For some reason we feel we can  present all of our years of experience in just 45 minutes. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! If you do, no one will remember anything you tell them. Give them 3 points and they will remember 3 points. Give them just enough info that it will be valuable and they will want more. Always leave them wanting more. Isn’t that why you are speaking in the first place? Also, use stories when making your points. People remember stories, they’re fun to tell, and they keep the audience engaged. If you notice, I gave a short story in the beginning of this article.

5. Authenticity: Be yourself. Think of the best presenters you have ever seen or heard. Most likely you liked them because they let their guard down. They showed you who they really are. If you want to be engaging, if you want to be believable, if you want to make more money, then be  authentic, be yourself.

6. Humor: Have fun. Most people want to have fun. They remember more when they are having fun. Use humor. This doesn’t mean you need to make your audience laugh their pants off, it just means you want them to smile and chuckle. If someone in the audience makes a joke, in regards to what you are saying, allow the audience to laugh and you laugh too.

7. Attention: You find your audience is beginning to get bored. Oh no, what do you do? 3 things that will help. 1. Pause, and I mean paaauuussssse. Say something that you want them to remember, then shut up. Let there be silence. Give it time to sink in. If you have been talking non-stop, you will lose your audience. Another good time to use the pause is when you have the urge to say “um, ah, and”. It’s o.k. to pause to think about or
remember what you are going to say next. 2. Change the tone of your voice. Add vocal variety. Make it match what you are saying. If you are talking about something that is exciting, let your voice portray enthusiasm. If you are talking about something sad, have your voice reflect that sadness. Get the idea? 3. Body gestures. Have your body language match what you are saying. If you say, “she was squatting down.” Then squat
while you are presenting this line. If you say, “I was so surprised.” Have your face look surprised. Be careful of nervous fidgeting like pacing back and forth, hands in pockets, and swaying. The more pauses, vocal variety, and relative body language you use, the more engaging you will be and you will never lose your audience’s attention.

8. Confidence: Feeling confident has nothing to do with appearing confident. It’s o.k. to feel nervous, it’s not o.k. to act nervous or to tell the audience you are nervous. When you are on the “platform” you are in control. You are the Queen, the King, the Master. Your audience wants you to succeed, they want to learn from you an they want a confident presenter. Practice acting confident even when you don’t feel it. Imagine how you would like to be perceived and act that way. No one has to know what you are really feeling. The more you act it, the more you will feel it and the more you will become it.

Try this all day long during your every day interactions with people and watch your confidence sky rocket.

9. Preparation: If you really want your confidence to sky rocket, be totally and thoroughly prepared. The more prepared we are to give a talk, the more confident we have automatically. Prepare by writing out your presentation, at the every least have an outline and rehearse it more than once. At the very least, practice your stories and be sure to have stories every time you present. Try to memorize your opening, your stories, and your closing. It’s o.k. to use notes, flipcharts, power point, etc. for the rest of the presentation.

10. Close: Have you ever seen a movie you really enjoyed, but was disappointed with the ending. Didn’t it ruin the whole movie for you? The same goes with a presentation. If you don’t have a powerful close, it will diminish the impact you could have had on your audience. Be sure to have your question and answer session before your close. Do not let anyone kick you off the stage before you end with a powerful close. It’s not about you its about your audience. If you send them away without impact, without a close, you will be doing them a disservice. So, be sure to leave time for your close.

Two suggestions for a powerful close:

1 - Summarize your talk and let them know the outcomes and results they can get if they apply what you talked about.
2 - Tell a story that brings it home. It sums up your message. Oh and be sure you do have a message. Before writing your presentation, try writing the close first. What is it you want your audience to go away with?
As you can see there is a lot more to giving a presentation than just being an expert in your field. It’s how we communicate our message that will determine our success. Use these steps and create more success for your business, your family, yourself!

How to Motivate Unmotivated People

If you walk around a Walt Disney World resort or theme park, you are likely to witness something that in most other
settings would seem bizarre.
Not the presence of a large animated character, although you may witness that also. Rather, at any given moment,
a person in dress clothes will be walking from one destination to another and will stop, pick up a piece of paper,
a cup, or other piece of trash someone dropped, and throw it in a trash can. Executives do it, front line managers do it,
hourly employees do it, everybody does it.

There is no special monetary compensation for this behavior.
No point system exists where $5 bonuses are given out for every fifteen pieces of trash that someone picks up.
There is also no special monitoring system in place which watches for people who don’t do it and then issues penalty
points or demerits.
Yet, people are motivated to do it anyway.

Now picking up trash may not be your top concern, but are there other things in your department, division, or company
that you would like your employees to do? Are you looking for ways to motivate your people?

The answer is not pixie dust or magic. The key is being very good at employing five essential motivation steps.

To some leaders these steps can seem intimidating. First time managers in particular, who were promoted because of
their individual skills are often uncomfortable with these ideas. Many times they feel people should just do what needs
to be done “Because that is what they get paid for.” Or they believe the only way to motivate people is to give them more
money.

Successful motivators don’t think that way. They know that by following the five steps, people can be motivated far beyond
what Women & Family Expo in Denver they get paid for, and far more effectively than when money is the only incentive.

Step #1 Clearly Articulate What Needs to be Accomplished and Why

Often the problem with getting people to accomplish things is not that they are unmotivated, it is that they are uninformed. Leaders discuss goals with their peers and superiors on a regular basis and are therefore intimately familiar with them. Because of this familiarity, they mistakenly assume all of their employees also know them. Usually this is not the case.

Take time to explain to all of your employees exactly what needs to be accomplished and the reasons why.
Don’t forget the “Why?” Knowing that enables people to make educated choices in their day to day decisions.
For example, the output from a team at a market research company whose goal is to launch three new products,
will vary greatly depending on if they know that the “Why?” is because the company is losing market share to
competitors with products that can be downloaded from the Internet.

Goals should always include specific numeric objectives and timelines. A goal of “Improve Customer Service” is nebulous
and people won’t know how they are doing in their efforts to achieve it. However, “Decrease customer wait times to 10
seconds by June 1st” is something people can visualize and work toward.

Step #2 Involve People in Finding the Solutions

People are more motivated to succeed at something if they personally choose to attempt it. Therefore, managers should
involve their people in choosing the goals the group needs to accomplish. If this is not possible, then involving people
in the creation of how to achieve the goals is the next best thing. Their involvement will generate buy in and also opens
up the opportunity for an optimal solution.

Successful coaches use this technique on a regular basis. While it is true they watch hours and hours of game films
looking for weaknesses in their own team as well as their competitors, they also involve their players in finding the
best way to win. They do it because no matter how much film they watch, or how close they are to the game, they aren’t
in the game. The perspectives of players or employees who are in the midst of the action can be drastically different
from a coach or a manager who is near the action.

If those perspectives aren’t incorporated into the solution, two things will happen. First, those in the midst of the
action will feel that no-one is listening to them, and they will become unmotivated. Second, decisions will be made
without incorporating all the relevant data. Both of these will negatively impact progress toward the goals.

Step #3 Explain the Rules of the Game

Have you ever played a new sport or game against people who are experienced players? In the early stages of learning
how to play, every few minutes you do something which you think is correct only to be told that it is illegal, or
against the rules. It can be exceptionally frustrating. This scenario often plays out in the workplace.
Employees are given a task, but are not told all the parameters or rules. Weeks into a project they present their
work to someone only to be informed that they need to change direction because of something they were never told about.
This is particularly demoralizing and should be avoided at all costs. People can find solutions to almost any problem,
but they need to know the rules of the game.

Step #4 Link People’s Personal Goals with the Organizations Goals

There is a reason that each employee goes to work. Successful motivators know what that reason is for every person who
works for them. Each day they help their employees fulfill those reasons. Really successful motivators understand not
only the reason, but how the reason ties into the person’s bigger life goals. When necessary, they help their people
think about and articulate those bigger life goals. When a person no longer thinks “I work so that I can make money,” and
instead thinks “I work so that I can enable my daughter to attend a school that will give her a chance to go do what
she wants in life,” there is a significant mental and motivational shift that occurs.

Understanding that someone comes to work because they thrive on personal interaction, are trying to gain experience
so they can run their own corner deli, or whatever is their personal goal, enables a manager to talk in that person’s
language. It also enables the manager to assign responsibilities in that person’s area of interest, and remind them of
how what they are doing is tied to their bigger goals.

Managers who enable people to fulfill their life goals through work never have to worry about how to motivate their
people. The act of fulfilling their life goals is enough to keep them motivated. All the manager has to do is find the
links between those goals, and the organization’s needs, and match the two up.

Step #5  Move Negative People off the Team

Nothing can halt progress like someone who is discontent simply for the sake of being discontent.
It is demoralizing to others and it draws energy and time from the tasks being attempted.
That doesn’t mean you don’t want good “counter-point” people on your team.
Someone who says “Look, I know what we are all trying to do, and I think there is a better way,” can be a valuable
resource to help make sure the team is on the right track.
However, someone who just regularly says “We’ll never get there,” will just hold everyone back.
Move them off the team, and bring in someone who will assist and support the group’s efforts.

Whether you are trying to motivate people to help create a clean environment for guests,
or something more pertinent to your organization, remember that anyone can be a great motivator.
All it takes is an understanding of the appropriate steps to take and a willingness to do them.

MLM को बचाओ नहीं तो कहीं के नहीं रहोगे

MLM को अपने जीवन का अभिन्न अंग मानने वाले और MLM तथा अपनी डाउनलाइन के प्रति समर्पित सभी नेटवर्कर मित्रो को ''MLM  दर्पण'' का प्रणाम ! पिछले कई महीनो से हम सबके पास ऐसे प्रपोसल बार-बार आते रहे  है जिसमे कुछ हजारो रुपियो से जोइनिंग होती है और कुछ ऑनलाइन वर्क के बदले हर महीने या हर हफ्ते पैसा दिया जाता है|
 कुछ महीनो के बाद ऐसी कंपनीयो का हाल आप सभी देख भी चुके है इस तरह की सभी कंपनीयाँ पैसा बटोर के भाग जाती है दरअसल होता कुछ यू है की 4,5 बड़े-बड़े नेटवर्कर सर से सर जोड़कर करोडो रुपये एक झटके में कमाने का प्लान बनाते है की 1 साल तक हमें कंपनी को चलाना है और बाद में पैसा बटोर के भाग जाना है सारी सेट्टिंग होने के बाद एक साफ़ सुथरी छवि वाला व्यक्ति (जो नेटवर्कर न हो) को उसको CMD बना दिया जाता है  फिर पॉवर लेग तैयार करी जाती है और पुरे देश से नेटवर्करो को पॉवर लेग का लालच दिया जाता है और तो और स्टार्टिंग के बड़े लीडर्स तो प्रोमोशन के लिए कुछ पैसो की मांग भी करते है और शुरुआत की 100 से 200 जोइनिंग का 20% से 30% पैसा भी अपने पास रोक लेते है और ये पैसा खर्चे में दिखा देते है (आने जाने का बाई एयर या फर्स्ट क्लास A/C के रिटर्न टिकट और महंगे  होटलों के बिलस् ,मोबाइल फोन के बिल्स और अन्य खर्चे )फिर जोइनिंग पे जोइनिंग शुरू हो जाती है. 
हर बार काम आप और हम जैसे लोग ही करते है और फिर दलदल में फंसना शुरू होता है कंपनी में कुछ हज़ार लोग होने पर शुरू होता है मोटिवेशनस् का दौर की ये कंपनी अलग है और जबरदस्त है MLM की दुनिया में मिसाल कायम कर देगी जो आज नहीं करेगा वो पछतायेगा और कल जरूर ज्वाइन करेगा फिर पवार लेग का सपोर्ट और अन्य सुविधाओ का लालच देकर 2 से 3 महीनो तक प्री-लौंच के बहाने एक बहुत बड़ा नेटवर्क तैयार किया जाता है | ये कंपनिया शुरू में में लोगो को बैंक के थ्रू पेमेंट देने का बहुत ख़याल रखती है और विश्वास जगती है और 4  से 5 महीने बाद जिस लेग में काम ( नई जोइनिंग ) नहीं हो रहा होता है वहां का पेमेंट आना बंद हो जाता है और फिर बड़े लीडर जो की कंपनी पर बोझ होते है जिन्हें हर महिना सैलरी और मुफ्त में कैपिंग क्रोस करने वाला कमिशन और मुफ्त के रिवार्ड मिलना तय होते है उन्हें अनुशासन हीनता और कंपनी विरोधी गतिविधियों में लिप्त रहने का आरोप लगा कर टरमीनेट कर दिया जाता है और जिसकी कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती है 
और इस खबर को भी कंपनी एक बहुत ही खास अंदाज़ में मोटिवेशन की चटनी में लपेट के पेश करती है इसी बहाने से कुछ पैसा बच जाता है फिर शुरू होते है कुछ और लटके -झटके जैसे अपनी पिन अपने ही ग्रुप में यूज़ करो, प्रोडक्ट लौंच होंगे,जोइनिंग महंगी होने वाली है, रेकुएस्ट सिर्फ MONDAY या SATURDAY या 15 और 30 को ही लगेगी  और अंत में कंपनी १ साल भी पूरा नहीं कर पाती हैऔर 7 से 8 महीने में सब ( कमाने वाले भी ) कंपनी के CMD और कंपनी को पानी पी पी कर कोसते है इक्का दुक्का लोग F.I.R. भी कराते है तो थाने में आपने पैसा लगाया है इसका प्रूफ माँगा जाता है अधिकांश लोगो के पास कोई प्रूफ ही नहीं होता है 
कुछ लोग अपने मेल पर आये हुए कंपनी के मेल्स ( अगर डिलीट न किये हो ) की कॉपी करा कर थाने में सौपते है और अपनी टॉप अपलाईनों के 10,5 नाम गिनाते है और पुलिस सबको थाने बुलाती है और पूछ-ताछ के नाम पर धमकाती है और पुलिस के लिए सिर्फ ये एक केस  है न पुलिस वालो को  MLM का ज्ञान है उनको तो किसी 1 को गुनेहगार बनाना ही है और बाकी सब लोग दक्षिणा देकर छूट जाते है इसका उदाहरण भी है लखनऊ के गाँधी साहब जिन्होंने डनडईया में ऐसी ही एक कंपनी AEROLITE की फ्रेंचायसी ली थी और सभी बड़े लीडरो को कुछ नहीं हुआ लोग तो ऐसे भी थे जिन्होंने लाखो रुपये कमाए मगर उन्हें कुछ नहीं हुआ सिर्फ फ्रेंचायज़ी मालिक जिसने किसी को ज्वाइन नहीं कराया था उसे पुलिस ने जेल भेज दिया |

 दोस्तों अब तो आँखे खोल लो  कब तक ऐसी कंपनियों के द्वारा दिए जाने वाले कमाई की लालच में फसकर लोगो को ज्वाइन करवाते रहोगे सब यही कहते है आज MLM मार्केट बहुत गन्दी है तो ये गंदगी भी हमारे द्वारा ही फैलाई जा रही है और 6-8 महीनो के तक कमाने के बाद फिर से नई कंपनी की तलाश शुरू हो जाती है और आज लगभग सभी नेट वर्कर इस सच को जानते है कि इस तरह से पैसा बांटने वाली कंपनिया 99% फर्जी होती है कंपनियों से धोखा खाने के बाद भी अगर आप सब लोग फिर से उसी तरह की  कंपनी में काम करते रहेंगे तो आप कमा तो लेंगे मगर ऐसी कमाई का क्या फ़ायदा जो इंसान अपनी डाउन लाइन से तो दूर की बात है अपने आप से भी नज़रे मिलाने के लायक न रह जाये आज तो सभी कंपनीया पैसा दे रही है मगर कल को कभी भी देना बंद कर सकती है और अपना शटर डाउन कर के कभी भी फुर्र हो जाएगी आज पैसा दे रही है तो कंपनी अच्छी है कल न देने की स्थिति में कंपनी बुरी हो जाएगी और उसका cmd चोर हो जायेगा इस तरह के इन्वेस्टमेंट प्लान जो हमे हर महीने या हफ्ते पैसे देने का वादा करती है वो वादा कुछ दिनों या महीनो के बाद ही टूट जाता है 
और अगर ऐसा होता है तो फील्ड में काम करने वाले हम जैसे नेटवर्कस की फेस वैल्यू ख़तम हो जाती है तो कोई भी काम करे सोच समझ कर करे और लायेबिलिटी न लेकर काम करे ताकि कंपनी भाग भी जाये तो भी कोई आप से जुड़ने वाला आप को बुरा न कह सके और कम से कम आप अपने आप से तो नज़रे मिला सके और MLM जो लोगो के सपने पूरे करती आई है और हजारो लोगो की इसमें दृढ आस्था है कुछ शातिरो की वजह से आज MLM की इज्ज़त को ये मीडिया और नेता तो छोड़ो आम पब्लिक भी सरे चौराहों नीलाम कर देती है MLM को बचाओ नहीं तो कहीं के नहीं रहोगे  |
